Become an authorised partner.
One authorised partner per district. Fair margins, district exclusivity, marketing and training support. We work with veterinary pharmacies, agri-supply shops, and feed stores with a clean trade record and real presence in their local market.
What we look for
Eligibility — four checks.
- 01
A registered local business.
Veterinary pharmacy, agri-supply shop, feed store, or farmer cooperative — already trading with veterinary or feed products in your district.
- 02
A clean trade record.
No history of selling counterfeit veterinary products. Compliant with local DLS regulations on storage and dispensing.
- 03
Real presence in your district.
You know the farmers in your area and they know you. Farmers come to you with questions, not just transactions.
- 04
An open district.
We work with one authorised partner per district. If your district already has an authorised partner, we keep your application on file for when the territory opens.
What you get
The partnership, in detail.
- 01
District exclusivity.
You're the only authorised Agro Care partner in your district. We don't sell to a competing shop two streets down.
- 02
Fair, transparent margins.
Same pricing structure for every authorised partner. No backroom deals, no quiet undercutting. Margins discussed upfront before you commit.
- 03
Marketing and training support.
Product training, in-shop posters and pack leaflets, and a direct line to our clinical team for the questions your customers ask.
- 04
Direct access to the team.
Your authorised-partner phone line goes straight to our trade team in Chattogram — not a call centre, not a chatbot. Issues get resolved the same day.

Application questions
What partners ask before they apply.
Five honest answers. If your question isn't here, message us — a person reads every enquiry.
-
How long does the application take to review?
Two to four weeks from a complete application. We visit the shop, verify trade history with the local DLS office, and sit down for a conversation about how you plan to work with farmers. If your district is closed, we tell you the same week — no point dragging it out.
-
What does the on-boarding look like once approved?
A one-day visit from our trade team to set up the shelf, hand over training materials, register you in our partner directory (which appears on /partners), and answer any product questions. First shipment is dispatched within a week.
-
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, but it's set per partner based on your district's herd size and existing demand. The minimum exists to keep margins fair for both sides; it's not a barrier to entry. For a typical district we discuss starting volumes during the application interview.
-
My district already has a partner. Should I still apply?
Yes. We keep applications on file. Authorised-partner agreements get reviewed annually, and territories do open up — usually because a partner expands into a different business or retires. If your district opens, we'll come back to your application first. Send your details to [email protected] or apply through the form below.
-
What if I'm a vet rather than a shop owner?
We have a separate referral channel for practising vets — verified prescription pricing, quarterly CVASU clinical roundtables, advance access to new SKU technical files. No commercial obligation. Apply at /for-vets/partnership instead.
