Md Omar Faruk Founder

Effective, at a price a working farm can actually afford.

“I started in 1996 walking between farms with a veterinary pharmaceutical company. Two things stood out everywhere I went — most of our animals lacked proper nutrition, and the few companies in the market were selling similar products at a high price. I kept asking how it could be done differently. That question turned into a company.”

Frequently asked

Questions we hear from farmers, vets and buyers.

Short, honest answers. If we don't cover what you need, send us a message — a person reads every enquiry.

  1. Who is Agro Care?

We're a Bangladeshi animal-health company founded in 2012 in Chattogram. We make 35 veterinary supplements for cattle, dairy and general livestock — co-developed with the Chattogram Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (CVASU) and sold through 40+ authorised partners across more than 30 districts of Bangladesh.

  2. Where can I buy Agro Care products?

From any of our 40+ authorised partners. Visit our partners page to find the nearest one to you, or call us on +880 1810 740 637 and we'll point you to the closest authorised shop in your district.

  3. What makes Vita Feed Biscuit different from a regular feed supplement?

Vita Feed Biscuit is Bangladesh's first ready-to-feed cattle biscuit. Instead of a powder you have to weigh and mix, the full vitamin-and-mineral dose is pressed into a single 15-16 gm pellet — no measuring, no waste, no mixing. It's designed for the 3-6 month targeted window where dosage accuracy matters most.

  4. Are Agro Care products safe and certified?

Yes. Every Agro Care product is registered with the Bangladesh Department of Livestock Services (DLS) under Category 1 or 2, and Agro Care is an AHCAB member. Vita Feed Biscuit and Vita Feed Gold are made locally with CVASU research support. The rest of the catalogue is imported only from ISO 9001:2015 and GMP-certified manufacturing partners — we file each partner's audit copies per batch. Every pack carries its DLS-registered lot number.

  5. Do you ship outside Bangladesh?

We currently sell only within Bangladesh through our authorised partner network. If you're an importer or distributor interested in talking to us about other markets, send us an email at [email protected].

  6. How do I become an Agro Care partner?

We work with one authorised partner per district. If your district is still open, we'd love to hear from you. Apply through the form at /partners/apply or call us directly. We look for veterinary pharmacies, agri-supply shops, and feed stores with a clean trade record and a real presence in their local market.

  7. Where can a veterinarian find technical product data?

Full composition, dosage tables and contraindications for every product are on our For Veterinarians page. We also publish underlying field-trial data on request — email our clinical team at [email protected] or call the vet hotline at +880 1810 740 637 within working hours.
